ANNUAL UPDATE

Humanity Matters in Student Affairs
It is easy to get lost in facts and figures. We gravitate to data because it gives us perspective of where we have been and where we are going. This past year will be no different. However, from time to time, it is essential for us to stop, reflect, and make sense of these numbers to find what they mean for our amazing students and their human experience on campus while they are under our care. In fact, that’s a critical part of the base of our work. The foundation of our efforts is to rise up and meet the most basic human needs of our students. So, thank you for going beyond the number. Thank you for caring for our students every day. And yes, thank you for your humanity.
We are making great progress with our 2025 strategic plan and our overall work as a division. For this reason, I want to share with you a few updates and highlights that further exhibit the impact we are having on our amazing students. I hope you will join me in seeing exactly how much our support of the human experience has assisted what we have accomplished this year.
Be well,
Victor K. Wilson
