FY25 HIGHLIGHTS:
University Housing fosters a community for 9,000+ residents where their academic success and personal growth are encouraged and supported. They achieve their mission through staff training and curriculum-based student engagement focused on community building, interpersonal skills, wellbeing and student success.

presented by Housing staff, with 8,382 unique student attendees and 42,000+ total attendees.
39,000+ intentional conversastions
between resident assistants and residents as part of University Housing’s curricular approach, Dawg Path.

University Housing students, staff and programs have won a total of 21 regional and 5 national “Of the Month” awards given by the South Atlantic Affiliation and National Association of College and University Residence Halls.
“Living on campus has given me access to invaluable academic and leadership opportunities, allowing me to focus on my education and continue making an impact at UGA. As community service chair for the Black Male Leadership Society (BMLS), I organize food drives and environmental initiatives to support my community. I also mentor younger students as a GAAME Ambassador and advocate for minority representation in STEM through the Equity Engineers Council.”
